Key Responsibilities
Organise and staff the Business Support Systems
Define the processes for development, implementation and test of enhanced and new solutions.
Ensure the planned projects are in-line with the IT architecture and support the documented IT strategy
Budget and control function within the department
Negotiate/follow-up business systems related deliveries of turn-key supplier(s)
Recruit and train in-country personnel for the BSS development related functions to gradually take over from turn-key solution.
